BOOKINGS Bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival. The best way to guarantee availability at the club. CANCELLATIONS / LATE SHOW POLICY Cancellation: Please cancel 24 hours before any pre-booked session if you cannot commit or full charge will be applied. Late Show Policy: Your booking will be valid until 15 minutes after the beginning of the session. After 15 minutes your reservation will be canceled. NO SHOW: In case of no-show to a booked session, we will charge the full session price and any subsequent sessions booked will be automatically cancelled requiring new bookings, subject to availability. HYGIENE Children should bring their personal hygiene items in a separate bag: nappies, wipes and nappy cream. Identify the child´s name. CLOTHING Children should bring comfortable shoes and clothes, according to the activities and bring spare clothing in case of toilet “needs”. Place the clothes in separate bag. Identify the child´s name. SUN PROTECTION The sun can do a lot of damage so children should come with sun cream already on and a hat / cap (provided on arrival). FOOD & BEVERAGE At Kids Club we provide, during the session, gluten free rice cakes. Please bring your drinking bottle identified with the child´s name. REGISTRATION A registration form should be filled in by parents with all relevant details about their child. We recommend you to read the terms and conditions carefully. A Safety Password system is used to easily and safely identify the parents or other adults picking up children. The form must be submitted after the booking confirmation by email: concierge.quinta@martinhal.com BABY ROOM Créche activities are applied according to each group and specific age. Session = period between check in and check-out (if child leaves the club and returns later it is considered a new session). • To guarantee the space for your child in the desired sessions, we advise to pre-book and fill the registration form that must be sent to the email: concierge.quinta@martinhal.com. In case of external guest, is advise as well to prepay the session.
• Bookings are accepted on availability.
• Certain activities can incur an extra charge.
• Published programs will be subject to changes without previous notice.
• The price of the session will be charged upon booking for external guests and afterward session for Martinhal Quinta do Lago guests
• We only accept cancellations with 24 hours in advance if the child shows ill condition.
